Ann Rodriguez

Ann is Chief Operating Officer at Reciprocal Ventures, where she oversees all aspects of the firm's operations and internal management, including finance, HR, and compliance.

Prior to joining Reciprocal in 2022, Ann served as Chief Financial Officer of an innovative healthcare organization delivering telemental health services to seniors. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years at 1199SEIU National Benefit & Pension Funds, where she conducted due diligence on investment managers across a broad range of asset classes and oversaw fund operations. She has also held roles across the financial services industry, including positions at Morgan Stanley supporting investment manager due diligence.

Ann holds an MBA from Pace University, a BS in Accounting from St. John's University, and the CAIA Charter.
